It looks like you are using Live Deluxe, for which you are paying extra to have on-demand access to a live CPA/EA tax expert during return preparation and a final review of your return prior to filing.

versus

Regular Deluxe Federal  $59

Regular Deluxe State  $49

Is it asking you to upgrade to a level higher than Deluxe?   If so, what topic were you entering when you saw a prompt?
