Why is my capital loss carryover from 2022 not showing up on my 2023 form?

This is my first screen:
Info from your 2022 tax return
It has numbers for capital. loss carry over
but the nexts creen it shows the capital loss carryover as 0.

You can try transferring again or contacting Support.

I agree with tagteam that it should have transferred - and maybe trying again will solve it. You can also try the following before calling:

Sign in to your TurboTax account and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off in the progress tracker.
Search for capital loss carryover, and then select the Jump to link in the search results.
Select Yes on the screen Did you have investment losses you couldn't claim last year?
Enter the info about your capital loss on the following screens.
