Question

Why is there a portion of my Capital Gains showing up on Line 12701 (Capital Gains Reduction) as a reduction instead of all of under 12700 like in the past ?

The net capital gains is correct and it isn't a particular security either. I am filing under 217 and wonder if that is the reason.
