6% fee - Roth IRA

Hi. I left my job in May of 2021. Since then I've had no earned income. I accidentally made contributions to my Roth IRA on April 3, 2024 that went towards the tax year 2023. Does Turbotax automatically charge me the 6% annual fee for having the money in there? Will the software know to do this or do I have to tell it?
