I incorporated an s-corp in March,2018, and it was dissolved in January, 2019. Actually it was just me in this s-corp, and didn't file any form 2553 for election. There was some expenses and very little income in that s-corp. My question is when I file tax return for 2018, do I need to file form 2553 before this tax return?
