Hello, I'm think about adding my partner to the title of my house. We are not married and will not get married, but if anything should happen to me I want to make sure he and our son get to keep the house.
Will adding him to my title affect how I do my taxes next year? Will I have to pay taxes or be taxed in any way by adding him to the title? I file as head of household. Would that have to change?
