my taxes were done improperly by this product, I did not complete my refund and asked for a return for my purchase, I spoke to someone and they gave me a case id #[social security number removed], I tried the chat app on turbo tax and when I mentioned the case number the operator "MILLER" ended the chat , I was shocked to be dismissed. can I get an answer on when I will receive my refund on the turbotax product I purchased ?
