Credit one will not remove fraudulent purchases on my card with out a police report. Really wtf
I called the business that added the charges and they said they have absolutely no record of my card or me

    So file a police report. Otherwise, as far as the CC issuer is concerned, you very well could have actually made the charges yourself, and now you are making a fraudulent claim that you did not make the charge.

    Why not report with the police and then simply furnish the police report?
