I've heard all the uproar about deceased getting payment ..I have 1 question 

My mama died the same day she got her stim check can I use it ..

I am very sorry for the loss of your mother. 

 

Until we receive further guidance from the IRS regarding these erroneous stimulus payments, I would recommend that you just hang onto it for now. When the IRS reopens, you should give them a call at 800 829 1040.
