My ex wife moved out of the house 7/31/19 and I paid 100% of her living expenses for the full year.  Can I claim her as a dependent?

    No.   If she was your ex-wife, you are not related.  You cannot claim a person not related to you as a dependent if they did not live with you the entire year.
