Did TurboTax get our DD information to the IRS yet? Would like direct answer from TurboTax Rep!

Sorry if this was answered, after quick search didn't see a response from TT and just info in the debit card thing.

 

The IRS indicates that it did not receive DD info from TT and other tax services. Has TT submitted that info to the IRS yet and is this in the process of getting straightened out? I still cannot acces the IRS site to add my DD info because I cannot get beyond the "No status" message to do so.

 

Turbotax, please provide detailed info on:

1.) What happened?

2.) Was it corrected yet?

3.) When will it be corrected if not as of yet?

4.) What is the timeframe for us who are impacted by this to receive our $?
