Peoples return's were held up because of a system glitch and these same people didn't get stimulus checks

Stimulus payments are issued by the IRS, not by TurboTax. We do not have direct information about your stimulus payment. If you have yet to receive your stimulus payment and you qualify for it, you can claim the Recovery Rebate Credit when you file your 2020 taxes and it will provide the same amount of payment as the stimulus would have.
