Question

Haven’t been paid my commissions from a company. What do I do about that?

  • Does anyone know I need to do if a company still hasn’t paid me my commission that I earned (I have proof) and I just received a 1099 NEC but never received the income?

This is a legal matter.  You need to contact the company, first off.  And then - if they refuse to pay you - you need to contact an attorney.
