Head of household

My son ( who will be 23 03/2021) will be graduating from college 12 / 2020. Can I still claim as Head oh Household?  ( He will be living with me for most of 2021)

Are you asking about 2020 or 2021?   He should still be your qualifying child for 2020 (filed in 2021) and qualify you for HOH..   2021 will depend if you  support him and how much gross income he has
