I HAVE TURBO CARD AND CHECKED THE IRS WHERE'S MY PAYMENT. SHOWS IT WAS DEPOSITED TODAY INTO AN ACCOUNT WITH THE LAST 4 OF MY SOCIAL????

I checked the IRS where's my payment. It had an account number and said it was deposited today... Then I noticed it had the last 4 or my social as the ending numbers? I used turbo tax and got the turbo card. What isn going on?!

UPDATE: I was told there was a mess up in the system. on the 17th there will be a new portal to update bank info! if you don't you'll receive a paper check! I hope it helps!

What I am afraid happened...is that we used turbo advance refund which goes through Santa Barbara bank first. Santa Barbara shows they will return any stimulus payments they get in error so IRS can reprocess the refund with new account info. I will NEVER use the advance again and didn't even need it but it was free! https://www.sbtpg.com/ This site shows your refund if you search it with last years info.

For those who opted for the turbo card; The IRS is putting the stimulus checks right on your turbo card. I just received mine about 3 hours ago.

I have no idea what's going on. I used the turbo card but when I went the irs.gov it said I had no direct deposit info. I was them able to enter in my actual bank about. Before you ask yes I went to the actual IRS site so no scam. Really pissed at turbo tax for this one. I can say they lost at least 3 customers today from my family.

Same, i went to the irs site to check my payment and it said that they had no direct deposit information for me but i received my refund on my turbo tax card/acct and my deposit information is the same as my 1040 so im not understanding

@Dchanel Same thing happened to me!! When I spoke to the rep, naturally they had no explanation and just directed me to the IRS 😑

If anyone who HAS gotten their refund/Stimulus on Turbo Card can someone check to also see if they have they last 4 of their social on file with the IRS thanks

@Dzurko18 This did not happen to me personally, but I have a friend who had the same thing happen to her---checked the status at the IRS site this morning and they showed the "bank account" info with the last 4 of her social. She got the payment to her turbocard account a few hours later.

I didnt receive anything, cant even log into the garbage website for the turbo card.

Checked "get my payment" Nothing about it deposited. Money givin to us or not, this was supposed to be us. I am never and I mean never touching turbo tax again. My family, my wifes family, my uncles, aunts, cousins whatever. We are moving over to H&R block.

UPDATE 12:00PM i had the issue where it showed the last 4 of my SSN on the IRS website and i just got it deposited on the Turbo Tax card

I did not my GF had the same issue i think they are either fixing/updating the deposits or the IRS is sending the payments out in batches every few hours. So be patient im sure it will come i was very stressed this morning as well!
