Hi, I have an installment agreement with the IRS. They always send me a payment voucher (bill) each month. These stopped coming when they partially shut down for COVID and suspended installment agreement payments. But that suspension ended July 15. It's October now and I still have not received a monthly bill. Has anyone else experienced this? I did resume paying online after July 15.
