IRS Portal Now Open; Status Shows Turbo Tax Didn’t Give Enough Info For Me To Receive Payment

So everyone knows the IRS Portal is now open for you to adjust your direct deposit information if you need to. First it will let you check your status-then it may allow you to update your payment method. I was able to do so successfully. I was not immediately told how long it will take for the funds to come into my account. 

FYI- the status of my payment originally was that they didn’t have enough information to send my payment based on my most recent tax return. So basically I got the Turbo Tax Debit Card-no advance, and not a Rush card just the normal Green Dot Turbo Tax card-and basically somehow Turbo Tax has my information all screwed up because the IRS didn’t have enough info to send me my stimulus payment. Everyone around me is getting theirs and I’m sitting here like a fool come to find out it’s because of Turbo Tax. I paid $230 to get my taxes done by them and they screwed me on both my tax refunds and the stimulus. I won’t be back to do business with them again.

I will not go back to turbo tax again I got a letter from irs that they needed additional info. I ended up going to liberty tax spent even more money to have them fix it and was told 6 to 8 weeks before I get my refund. To add even more insult turbo tax wanted to get pain and not wait for the irs to give them their money, turbo took the money out of my bank account so screw turbo tax

Still haven't gotten anything from the IRS and the tool doesn't work. Filed returns here for several years. Can't update info on the IRS since they said they didn't have enough info to determine if I'm eligible.

I keep getting the same message. "Status not available" yet according to the guidelines I fall well within the eligibility category. I finally was able to talk with a live adviser and she assured me that my taxes had been filed correctly and properly submitted to the irs. Nice lady but I still havent seen my money yet. Not sure I'll be using tt again. Nobody likes to be bull**bleep**ted bout their money.

I realize everyone wants to be angry with TurboTax but, consider this, I got the same answer on my stimulus payment however, the IRS had enough information to debit my account for the $1,632 I owed them, it just wasn't enough information for them to credit my account for my stimulus.  That doesn't even make sense, I think it's an IRS issue, not a TurboTax issue.

I did same thing,I filed on the 28 of march still no refund or stimulus what should I do?,i have the turbo debit card,should i use my main bank account?

I am not pleased with TurboTax and will not use it after this year if Tubrotax doesn’t check into this. You charged a lot of money to file a simple return. 2018 and 2019 stated that they were rejected. I needed to add the security number. I did this and 2018 was noted as rejected again. The feds looked at 2018 and not 2019. I filed i2019 after the first checks went out. How can 2018 say rejected when the IRS accepted it when I filed??!!  You must change it to accepted. If not “Good bye TurboTax”.  I planned on this $1200.

how and where did you update your information because I've been trying every site and I've left messages and I can't get through to the IRS to change it to give them my account number to deposit it they said they were sending a check

I have a date that my stimulus check was suppose to hit the bank which is April 15, 2020 but haven’t receive anything and I don’t have a bank ending in that account number what can I do to receive that payment and change the account number

What do i need to do?  I filed Mar 2 was told refund date of Apr2 now it keeps saying processing return I'll be notified of a refund date?!?!? I have not gor tax refund NOR stimulus check.  WTF?!?!?

I'm still waiting on my stimulus check as well and they needed more information on my taxes so my federal taxes are on hold because they messed up to do that part and I went to the IRS lien to see my status and it's not letting me go through so I can see what information they they have because every time I entered they said it does not match what they have them so there's no one to talk to so I'm like screwed on everything cuz there's no one to talk to everything is closed nobody's working there any suggest suggestions what I should do cuz I need my money and I won't be coming back to TurboTax either.
