I have an LLC and I want to create a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. How can I go about this process? I really want to take advantage of all of the discounts that are available to nonprofits and the cultural work that my business does absolutely qualifies as a nonprofit my business has not turned a profit, but we have received funds.
