What happened to the 1800 I was supposed to get for covid

Are you still waiting for your income tax refund? Did you have an amount on line 30 of your Form 1040? Or did the IRS issue a reduced refund to you? We cannot see your return or your account so it is not clear why you are asking what "happened" to the $1800.
