No Stimulus Check

I've not found a similar discussion so I have to start a new one.  We filed with TurboTax, paid them upfront with a credit card (so no issue with payment being deducted from the return), filed on April 10, and received our refund from the Feds directly into our checking account.  So, they obviously have our information but we have not received our stimulus payment.  When we go to the website it says "Payment Status Not Available".  Since there's nowhere else to go and no one else to ask, I'm trying here.  We are eligible but don't really need the money and we really want to get it so we can donate it to people who DO really it. Like our local food bank.
