None of Truist, SunTrust or BB&T Transactions are downloading

the merger of SunTrust and BB&T has been in the works for well over a year.  This morning SunTrust turned off all downloads into TurboTax and Quicken, as I expect happened with BB&T.  Their online banking at suntrust.com went dark.  Truist is the new merged institution and it does NOT appear in Turbo Tax or Quicken list of financial institutions.  I talked with Truist online banking support for an hour today and they say it is Intuit's problem which I do NOT believe for a moment.  Can some one at Intuit rattle the cage at Truist to get them to provide the info so links to Quicken and TurboTax can work again.
