Ordering offline

Hey, I'm new to turbo tax. I ordered a laptop offline to keep up with bills an work. It didnt work so I sent it back they said they will reimburse me fully, but do they put the money bk on my turbo card because I don't have a bank account. I have to use that money to buy another one. I hope someone can tell me what's going to happen. If I lose this money I'm so screwed
