Payment by Credit Card

When I tried to pay TurboTax, I had the program fill in all of the credit card information from last year and all appeared correct, but when I tried to proceed with the payment, the notification was that I needed to enter my name as it appeared on the credit card.  I entered all of the correct information in each section myself, but I got the same message.

    Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in. 

     

    Instructions to clear cookies to restart TurboTax 

     

    After you do the steps above, delete the input in each of the credit card fields and try to re-enter each section.
