It sucks to have to drag Turbo Tax but its trash. I got an update, and NO Im not getting my refund on my card. *speaking for only myself* My account is very much so active and I received my 2019 refund on a turbo card. I have my direct deposit for work linked to it and everything. I entered my account info on the 'get my payment app' and after 3 days of waiting, my update told me that my check is getting MAILED to me on the 24th April.

Good job turbo tax. Not using you next year.

Same with me... what was the **bleep**ing point of filling out DD info for the IRS...

Same thing with me & I have been using their system for over 9 years, so if it's getting mailed out on April 24, how long til we receive it.

Same thing happened to me smh
