REFUND FROM TURBO TAX NOT THE IRS

Turbo Tax owes me a refund THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE ME FOR DOING MY TAXES THIS AMOUNT, THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING MY REFUND CHECK FROM THEM(TURBO TAX) NOT THE IRS..PLEASE FOLLOW ME ..TURBO TAX EMAILED ME AND SAID MY REFUND CHECK WENT OUT AND TO THIS DAY..I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY 187.00 TURBO TAX REFUND CHECK YET, WHEN AM I GETTING MY MONEY...THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY REFUND CHECK FOR STATE OR FEDERAL I GOT THOSE. PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION AND TELL ME WHEN I'M GETTING MY MONEY EITHER DIRECT DEPOSIT OR A ÇHECK?? I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND THIS IS UNFAIR IM A 6 YEAR CUSTOMER. IM UPSET AND APPALLED.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

mine came as a check, even though I paid with a credit card

@fireman0175 No one in the user forum can help with billing issues. We have no access to your account. You say you received a check----so that means you received a refund---for what---you do not say. So are you commenting/complaining that the refund came as a check and not a credit back to your card?

I replied to the original post whereas they were wondering how the refund due may be sent. I am not trying to tell them how they will get a refund, only my experience. Thank you for your concern
