Stimulus and log in issues

So yesterday a lot of people been told or some saying money will be posted on 15th and some received notifications before hand, today is the 15th and I know my log in and all and I’m not able to log in at all compare to last night was able to.. anyone else having this issue

So does that mean turbo tax is working on getting funds posted on accts, cuz I filed 2019 and around 27k filed jointly married and one kid... people claimed they received notifications days back but I haven’t and I used the card to get my refund and got that
