Please assist me with figuring out if and how i need to get my banking info to the IRS. The "get my payment" app does not display the choice of updating my bank account. It only ask for my social security , Birth date, and address please help. The bank account I used for 2019 tax refund is the SAME as I should receive the stimulus check into that same account.

If you e-filed a 2019 federal tax return with a tax refund and entered your Direct Deposit information for the tax refund, then that information was received by the IRS for your tax refund. The IRS uses the same direct deposit information for your stimulus payment. There is nothing else you need to do.
