My wife owes back child support. I filed an injured spouse claim for my 2019 taxes. I have just learned that my stimulus check will be garnished to pay my wifes back child support. Do i need to file another injured spouse form in order to get my stimulus check?

At this time, there is no way to file an injured spouse form for the advanced payment of the Economic Impact Payment.

Unless something changes, you will have to add it to your 2020 tax return when you file in 2021 in hopes of recovering some of it at that time.
