My question is how I get my money back for the materials I bough and Labor, they did not paying me at all even penny I don’t received anything for them?! Pls can you help me about this problem

Visit your county cour clerks office and ask for information on small claims court. I'm self-employed and have on occasion had to take clients to small claims court to get paid. It's a relative simple process and if you include in your claim all costs incurred with your claim, you'll come out as your should. In my county it costs less than $300 to file a small claim under $5K
