Where is my third stimulus check going?

I'm trying to figure out where my third stimulus check will go. When the second checks were issued and turbotax had issues with the IRS, I was given a link to update my banking info to receive my second stimulus as I had closed the previous account. I have since filed my 2020 taxes and they have been accepted but according to the IRS I'm stuck in "errors." and my taxes will be refunded to the turbotax card I got.

Will they send it to the turbotax card as this is what my 2020 taxes have on it? Will they use the old bank account? Will they send it to the new account that I updated with turbotax to receive my second stimulus? So confused!
