I hear I'm not the only one to have this issue. $3400 is supposed to be deposited. $2400 was deposited for spouse and I. What do we do about no payments for dependants?

Daughter 19 yo student my dependant

Grandson 1 yo my dependent

My AGI 2019 29k I received tax credits and my 2 dependents qualify for $500 each. We need that money. I'm not earning enough for us to survive. We need supplies.

How do we get the IRS to fix this)

A 19 year old does not qualify - must be under age 17.

Is the Grandson listed as a qualifying child dependent or "other" dependent? Only a qualifying child that is eligible for the child tax credit qualifies.

If wrong then only the IRS can fix it and they are not taking any calls currently.
