You Will Not Get Your Stimulus On The Turbo Tax Card

When I went to the IRS site today and clicked on “Get My Payment,” it told me that I was eligible for the stimulus, but that they didn’t have direct deposit information on file. I did receive my refund on a Turbo Tax card. I entered my direct deposit information for my bank, and it told me that it will be sent there. I hope this helps someone.

I will not be using Turbo Tax again. Uncertainty is very unprofessional at a time like this.

I got the Turbo Card this year as well, and o ly because it said that I was approved for a RAL and after filing my taxes it said that I wasnt and was stuck with the card..When I went to the stimulus find as well it said that i had no direct deposit information on file I'm like wtf

That is EXACTLY what happened to me! Don’t tell me that I was approved for an RAL and force me to use your bank card, and then tell me I was denied. Very screwed up!

Same thing here man. told me that i did not have direct deposit stuff on file when i used their pre paid card for my taxes. i even went to my 2019 tax fourm and sure enough my direct depost information was rifght on the document. but the irs say otherwise i guess
