It`s telling me I have received CPP disability payments that I haven`t entered but I have never received these payments

It`s telling me to fix the errors regarding receiving CPP disability payments which I have never received.  Please explain how I move forwardÉ

    The disability CPP payment is received on a T4AP slip box 16. You need to go back on that slip to verify the boxes entered on that slip.
