I singed back in to turbotaxt2022 to print a copy, yet my returns are gone?

I signed in to the turbotax2022 to print a copy I needed for something. I cant access the return. It only asks for me to start a new one, where it says to access old ones, nothing is there.

    You need to make sure that you sign into your TurboTax 2021 online account using the same ID as you used to create your returns.
