Is netfile closed? I am trying to file my 2022 taxes.I can't even print my return out.

No. There was a NETFILE outage over the weekend, but the service came back up on Monday.

What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

this is the message below:

You can’t proceed any further because tax filing is not available at this time. Please check back later for Print to Mail service. CRA’s NETFILE Service for the 2023 tax year will open on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 6:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

NetFile should not be closed at this time for filing 2022 and prior years. Just make sure you have been using a 2022 TurboTax version.

Please call CRA directly to enquire why you would be prevented from filing. We are not aware that not being able to file is TurboTax issue.
