I did my taxes yesterday and the ON-BEN did not put the information into the form and it also did not print.
I tried to reenter the information on the form and the pop-up shows the information is there but it's still not showing on the form and it doesn't show up when I print or save as PDF. Since there is no such thing as technical support at TurboTax, I'm hoping someone here has some tip to making it work.
