New TurboTax support page launched!

What previously was a landing page for FAQ content is now a dynamic self-help hub with FAQs, community content, and tutorials for TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop.

As users are navigating through the pages, there’s been two additions: 

  1. A “Breadcrumb” at the top of the article pages, that will allow users to more easily to navigate up and down the taxonomy to find answers.
  2.  A “View All Articles” navigation page that can be sorted by product.

It still doesn't fix the fact that I filed my taxes for probably the last 4 years and they still can't identify me. Probably one of the most high-profile people in Minnesota.

No unemployment you can't get that because they got to overpayment on just dealt with a phone virus that wiped out a couple emails. And felt that I should be able to file my taxes because I didn't through TurboTax but if I would have done so h&r block there would have been an issue.

I have a question about the investment section where to enter Sale of Second Home. I'm using the  Home and Business edition.  Part of the section in investments is missing. No place for sale of second home or any other type of sale. Only 2 check boxes for stocks. Last years software had all boxes available.  I may be getting ahead of the game but just want to make sure there is no glitch in my software. The last update was 1/21/2021.

I have been with TT for several years. Sign up, and the computers runs you through the whole thing, and off we go. Has that changed? If so I don't like it frankly. Help.  Larry

How about fixing issues instead of creating more. Get that dam 7202 form off my taxes before I go through another company. Seems turbotax and the irs need to get there stuff together. Hire people who know what there talking about for 1!!

I keep getting several errors when logging in to complete my taxes, the software will not let me complete a state return.

Hope that things are going well for you and that you can hopefully fix my issue. TurboTax will not let me finish filing my taxes, is going through a loop saying that I can, the chat function said it was working when it wasn't, the call feature just hung up, on me, and there was no simple way to complain without going through several hurdles. All I want is to finish filing my taxes that I am paying TurboTax to help me out with. Why won't you let me finish the process that will pay you!? Sorry for the enthused communication!

TRYING TO EFILE AND GETTING MESSAGE:

 

'OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO EFILE ONE OR MORE FORMSETS. '

 

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEAN AS THERE IS NO ERROR CODE. I PAID FOR PREP AND HAVE RECEIPT. WHAT'S WRONG??
