New TurboTax support page launched!

I have multi-states to file for the year and my wife just one state to file.  After completing federal and states, I paid online for Premier version and 2 states to file.  When reviewing states, I've noted that online files defaulted my wife to file jointly with multi-states.  After researching online community, it suggests to use download version instead.  Will I need to pay for CD version or how can I file separately for States using online version?

Your Turbo tax expert is not helpful.  She assigned deadlines for uploading my documents,  then did not  respond to my inquiries nor acknowledge receipt until 1 week later.  Worse she said she could not do my taxes.  Now that I want to do it myself on Turbo Tax I am not able to start a Tax Return myself.  Whenever I login it goes to the Turbo Tax Expert screen which is not user friendly at all. 

Pls advise how I can cancel the Live Expert and do my taxes myself

I cannot load my state tax info. It goes to update and never lets me start data entry. I am STUCK.

You only upload prior return information at the beginning of the filing process.

You do not upload the state information separately.

Everything you upload happens when the Federal date (and state data if there is any) is uploaded at the beginning. 

I am getting a message in Turbotax that I am not qualified for American Opportunity Credit.

I had AGI between 80 and 90k. I had unemployment compensation > 10.2k in 2020. When determining American Opportunity Credit, does unemployment exclusion of 10.2 get added back to AGI to calculate MAGI (modified annual gross income) - has to be under 90k to see if I qualify for American opportunity .

I installed the Basic that has 4 returns I needed to do more returns so I purchased the Home and Business turbotax. Uninstalled the Basic and installed the Home and Business did not ask for the licence code and I still only have 4 returns. What is going on with that. Also there are lines that you can fill in like line47600 and it will not let me fill it in this is on another computer with 8 returns. So problems on 2 difference laptops. How do I get it to work.

Are you doing Canada returns?  The USA Desktop programs can do unlimited returns but only efile 5.  5 is a federal IRS limit.  You can not buy more efiles.  You might not have needed to buy a higher version.  You should ask for a refund.

You  can only e-file a maximum for 5 returns reguardless of how many copies of TurboTax you purchase.   That is an IRS limit.

I must say that Turbo Tax is not much help when you need it. I need help with there product and I am getting no help at all. This may be the last year that I ever buy Turbo Tax. I have spent 4 days trying to fill out a tax return and line that you can fill out won't open up nor will it le me install another higher grade software.
