Filed both state and federal taxes using TurboTax.  We've used TurboTax for years. I file for myself and spouse and our son and daughter-in-law. This year the kids returns were rejected 3 times due to missing information. regarding a tax credit on an Affordable Care Act account. This was totally our fault, not TurboTax.  We finally got the information and the returns were accepted.  I had used my credit card to pay the federal tax due so we could file before April 18. My credit card account showed the amounts on all three of the rejections ($3,000+). After the returns were accepted I dreaded having to deal with getting the charges off my card.  I am glad to say that I ended up not having to do anything. All the charges from the rejected returns had already been removed!   Thank you, TurboTax, for not creating a mess for me to fix.   Turbo Tax is a wonderful tool. I've found that any problems I have faced are user error and not a Turbo Tax error. We used a national firm to do our taxes when we first returned from overseas (military family) in the late 90s.  The next year I was looking over the previous year's return and noticed some obvious errors. I was our unit's tax assistant for a couple of years overseas, so I knew about filing.  We decided to start using TurboTax, starting with filing a corrected return.  We had some complicated tax years but Turbo Tax saw us through.  I always recommend Turbo Tax to others.

I feel  accomplished. Was it me or were the taxes this year just oddly different. I had a few issues but was able to get through  them quickly with the help of TURBOTAX live help. I had to pay for help but it was worth it. Thanks for the help.

After the wonderful feeling of completing my taxes early, in March, using TurboTax, with the assistance of your very kind and clever staff, I waited only a few weeks,  and lo and behold, at least part of my refund was posted today. I was glad to be able to call and verify the amount of the refund.

This was comforting, since the fee I agreed to pay TurboTax was much less than what apparently has been deducted. I look forward to resolving this issue with your competent and conscientious staff.

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years now, and expect the best each time. Updates, upgrades, and specific help for my tax situation. Such a good feeling. Even my solar tax credit was something you could handle efficiently! Thanks and keep up the good work! But could someone please tell me what happened to that extra $1300. of my refund? Maybe the IRS is paying it in installments? ?

Happy Tax Season! I have peace of mind that few others I know who don't use TurboTax don't have.

After getting my federal returns rejected 8 times for not entering the correct AGI from last year's returns (even though it was correct!!), I finally got through to the IRS (1 hour and 50 minute wait). The wait was so long that when I got bored waiting for them to answer, I took my mobile phone to the pharmacy and got my refills, drove to the UPS Store and mailed my package and checked my mail (bonus I got a package), and drove home. Still on hold, I de-rigged my sailboat from yesterdays race, folded and stored the sails, the rudder, the daggerboard, and measured/recorded the dimensions for my broken boom, took the boats off the trailer and propped one up to drain the water. Still on hold, walked up to my home on the third floor and cooked dinner. OK enough of that. The IRS finally came on the phone and after explaining, she politely said, just change your AGI to 0. I did and my tax returns were accepted on the next try. Please share this info for when I called Turvotax, they did not know of this solution. @Efilereject @rejectedfiling @AGIincorrect
