As we are nearing the end of our tax season let's take a moment and look back. We want to hear from you! Let us know how you felt as you were getting ready to file your taxes. Were you nervous? What was the difference between then and now? Let us know, and you will have a chance to win a gift card to help you achieve your financial goals.

Relieved they are done! With starting a new business this year I was nervous about filing but TT had everything I needed and the help clicks made things easier to understand. Been a TT user for years and happy with how smooth it works year after year.

So Happy with this aervice. I love the fact that its very simple to walk through and do yourself. I myself was bummed cause I kept getting a error to fix that for some reason I was unable to do. And was getting frustrated. Knowing you got experts available to help in those cases if you choose to. So happy with what my return is... Went through HR Block and was so proud I've really tried with reading articles, creating spreadsheets, nonstop calculations, and I finished filing both for free. Now I've been rejected and I already couldn't do my self-employment for free. Hoping intuit has a free version because now I'm exhausted from hrblocks walls.

I was happy to get a pop up offering a free human contact to ask a question. I couldn't figure out why several items kept asking "Needs Review"

I was a real nervous wreck as my so called husband had screwed a lot of this stuff up for me and i had no paper work or documents to go on. I honestly did not think turbo tax would be able to help but they did and they are very knowledgeable. I know I was a pain in the butt for turbo tax but they were extremely extremely patient with me and more help than I could have asked for and expected. Definitely using turbo tax from now on. Thank you Turbo Tax!!!!!!

I almost didnt file, thinking i didnt need to and that i would probably owe, but at the last moment i jumped on and low and behold i got the best tax breaks and to my surprise im getting a awesome refund from both federal and state. Thank you T.T.

The biggest issue for last 2 years is entering multiple w2gs with no solution. I am unable to file for 2020 due to issue. I tried to log back online version and unable to file online only by download or CD. Big disappointment where I now owe back taxes if and when I can file. It will take days if not weeks to enter in every w2g entries if the program will let me finish. Please allow 2020 online version so I can finish it.

I feel great knowing, it's done and over we with until next year. I even realized I was filing my w-4 wrong, thanks to a super nice lady with Turbo Tax, and changed it so I wouldn't have to pay for 2022. I can now use the money to do some needed repairs in my bathroom.
