Welcome to the TurboTax and Mint Community and welcome back to our returning members!

The beginning of the year and the beginning of tax season is a great time to set your yearly money goals. The Community Team would like to know what you would like to accomplish this year financially. Whether you are looking to build savings, purchase your first home, or finally take that dream vacation, we want to hear about it! Sharing your goals with the Community could earn you a gift card.

To enter, reply to this thread with your 2022 financial goals and on February 16^th, 2022, a winner will be selected at random.

We will be hosting a Share Your Money Goals Of 2022 Sweepstakes to give you, and others, the opportunity to share your goals while at the same time be able to win a prize. One lucky winner will be chosen at random and win a $100 gift card.

WHAT: Sweepstakes for a $100 gift card
WHEN: Open from February 2nd, 2022, and ends February 16^th, 2022
HOW: Enter by adding a comment to this post telling us your money goals for 2022.

The winner will be selected at random on February 17^th, 2022.

We are working through our technology expenses and tightening up where we can. We recently opted out of signing on with another cable service when our current fiber optic provider ceased providing television services. We are going to change our cell plan next. Then we will work on the extra services we pay for like grocery delivery and curbside recycling. We are going to cut our work hours in the next year so we will have more time to do some things we pay someone else to do right now.

I am finally breaking free of something I should have a long time ago, and right now every bit helps and is a step in a much better direction. Growing a little more everyday 🌱

My financial goals for 2022 is to make smarter decisions like saving and not spending money unnecessarily. I've been having to take more days off from work due to my daughter being diagnosed with ADHD last month and it's interfering with with her behavior in school. I can definitely use $100 right now to be completely honest

Good evening, my hopes for my financial future 2022.

Id like to become debt free, then start my own business.

My husband of 20 years has recently become mentally disabled. It's been a very rough time I've had all the work load put on my shoulder taking care of our home and bills. I work more than 40hrs a week and then take care of him. I've held strong and I'm staying positive that soon I can make a living at home where I'll be able to take care of him full-time as well. This year I’ve decided to keep Life simple and not overthink things.

Show up to work on matter what
keep to my budget
Put into savings acct everything down to the cents that I can to reach my goal at $3,000
Take the $3,000 for a deposit and 1st months rent
move into a room or apt and out of my car
