LLC filing
Hello, How do I file for an LLC with no activity to record. Its a partnership.
If the LLC is a multi-member LLC that would ordinarily file Form 1065, it does not need to file if it neither received income nor incurred any expenditures treated as deductions or credits for federal income tax purposes.
