If your state return has been filed and accepted (you’ve received the e-mail from the state through our system which says that) and the refund is just running late, the states don’t share any info on what’s going on with us, for privacy reasons. (No comparten tu información con nosotros.) However, you can contact them yourself (and they may likely have an online page where you can check on the refund).
