Hello, my refund is saying that I have $0 taxable state income. I live in a state that does have income tax. I claimed 1 on my taxes so I know they took more out of my check all year but I’m just confused how it would be $0 taxable state income that seems wrong. I have just a standard w-2 and then some deductibles for paying for childcare. As well as I’m claiming my one child.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming don't have income tax. If you're a resident of one of these states, you don't need to file a return in that state.   If you live in one of those states, it is normal for you to show $0 taxable state income.   You can continue on to the next section.   You will only need to file a federal return; no state return is necessary.

What state?  Some states don’t have all the forms ready to file yet.
