Are you filing a trust return, or a 1040 (personal) tax return? 

 

If you received a 1099-B, that implies you sold stocks, bonds or other securities. When you report the information, the description is usually the name of the stock or bond. If the property is not a security, the description is usually something generic like "House" or "Farmland". 

 

What was sold?
