I did contract work for several businesses as a self-employed contractor in 2024. I haven't received any 1099-NEC forms from any companies. Can I just enter the amount I made from each company in my tax return on TurboTax?

You should add the total you received that was not entered on a Form 1099-NEC together and make one entry to General Income on the screen where you report your business income. For any companies you received 1099-NEC forms from, enter those separately as 1099-NEC Income.
