1099-NEC - how to enter for retiree benefit

I received a 1099-NEC for a retiree benefit. Since non of the available health insurance plans met my needs, my prior employer provides a monthly amount to offset my private premiums. None of the options provided in the software are correct (self employment, farm, hobby, lawsuit, medicaid difficulty of care, should have been on a W-2). How do I enter this income?

I was able to select it as "hobby" income. The software took me through and placed it in the return correctly.
