1099 R Needs Review

I keep getting NEEDS REVIEW for my 1099R.

I have 2 1099R's. One comes OK; but the other one is NEEDS REVIEW.

I did all the suggestions, redo the forms etc etc. But one of them keeps coming NEEDS REVIEW.

Has to be a software glitch!!!

If all information is correct and you have answered all corresponding questions regarding Form 1099-R, one suggestion would be to delete it altogether and add it back again.
