Box 14 State tax withheld,  and Box 15, State number,  in my 1099R are filled in but not Box 16, state distribution. Turbo won't go further without it. How do I find out what goes in Box 16?

    If you are able to enter an amount for box 16, use the amount that was reported in box 1.  That will allow the filing to proceed without an error.
