We had on retirement account distributions but it asks for info to fill out 1099R

    If you withdrew money (took a distribution) from your retirement accounts, then you should receive Form 1099-Rs to report the transactions. If you have not received your 1099-R forms then you need to contact the financial institution that paid your retirement funds and request the forms.
